Self-tipping container is a metal container that can withstand heavy loads. In it the necessary cargo (sand, crushed stone, bricks, chips, etc.) is put or poured out, after which the container is transported to the desired place with the help of a loader, where its contents are laid out or poured out. This robust, lightweight and mobile flip container is suitable for the collection, transport and quick evacuation of all types of materials and waste. The product has a good capacity and is indispensable in various companies, warehouses or production halls.

The container is equipped with entry pockets that allow it to be lifted with a forklift. This means that the container can easily be moved long distances and emptied into containers with higher walls or other larger collection containers. The low discharge lip and overall height of the container makes it convenient to use next to machines or workstations. Ball bearing rollers ensure particularly smooth movement of the transport trolley.
The self-tipping container has a robust welded sheet steel construction. The surface is powder coated with bright blue powder polymer paint (RAL 5007) with a phosphatised anti-corrosion treatment.
There are no gaps in the container, so it can be used to transport not only bulky goods, but also bulk goods. The flip containers can also be easily moved by hand thanks to a handle at the back and 4 rubber wheels: 2 fixed at the front and 2 swivelling at the rear. For tipping, the container must be unlocked by pressing the pedal. This can be done by one person.
