The fume hood is designed for safe laboratory research, chemical reactions and procedures involving the release of hazardous substances. It provides local protection for personnel thanks to the exhaust system and hermetically sealed workspace.
The hood has a two-section design: the lower part has a metal door, the upper part has a glass viewing flap. The glass flap can be locked in three positions for safe operation and visual inspection. A ventilated mobile cabinet for reagents with a special chemically resistant coating in the lower part of the hood with forced ventilation (half-equipped with shelves), a door. The lower part of the hood is equipped with a cabinet with two compartments, each with a door. The left compartment has a non-adjustable shelf inside, the right one has a non-removable bottom. The door hinges are located outside the storage area. There is a built-in sink on the work surface. The hood is supplied with a sink tap and a water drainage kit.
Dimensions of the fume hood:
height 2200 mm;
width 1500 mm;
depth 700 mm;
Diameter of the exhaust opening: 125 mm for connection to the ventilation system;
Weight: up to 230 kg.
Design features:
· collapsible and welded from a metal pipe 60x30 mm and sheet steel 0.8*1.5 mm;
· external and internal anti-corrosion treatment of metal with a polymer coating;
· gray powder coating - resistant to chemicals, easy to disinfect;
· working chamber - special chemically resistant coating, stainless steel sink;
· lifting protective screen - shockproof glass with a metal base-handle. Fixed at any height;
· stationary screen - shockproof glass with a metal base for increased visibility;
· table top – 300x300 porcelain stoneware tile with a side;
